If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once your return has been received, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Please make sure that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. All return packages should be sent using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
Please make sure your return request has been approved before sending your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
